P3 Tips and Reporting

We have loved being a part of your lives past this year!

We wanna give a special congratulations to our Fifth Graders who are moving on to new horizons, and to our Kindergartners who have conquered their first year with us.

We also want to say thank you to all our wonderful staff and everyone who has been a part of our Hazel Grove family this year. It’s been an adventure from the very start. One full of incredible memories!

We look forward to seeing many of you again next year, and we’re excited for all the new faces as well.

Please Review Hazel Grove Health Guidelines

There are lots of questions about how to deal with COVID issues in our schools. Such as, how to tell if it’s COVID or just allergies.

There is some new information out on the district homepage (https://kckps.org/re-opening-health-safety/ ) that goes over the updated illness and exclusion policy. We want to ensure everyone here at Hazel Grove is healthy and safe. Learn more in the  Wellness Corner section of our website.

Please Update Personal Info

Has your household had a change of address, phone number, email address, or any other significant contact or general information changes? Call or email our office and make sure we have all the current info for your family.

Caring for Kids

Caring for Kids is the program that facilitates the connections with community partners. Our regular community partners through Caring for Kids are VMLY&R, Jegna Klub, and Victory Hills Baptist Church.

For donations during the 2020 holiday season, we received:

35 grocery store gift cards from the non-profit L3 Love, Literacy, Life.

About $700 in Target and Walmart gift cards from New City Church.

10 Christmas meal boxes were donated by Spirit of Hope Metropolitan Church through their Hope’s Helping Hands program.

Victory Hills Baptist adopted 4 families for Christmas.
