NEW Transportation Announcement

KCKPS is excited to announce that you now have access to a revolutionary smartphone app that helps to improve communication, school bus safety, and efficiency…

Our transportation department has been hard at work preparing for a new technology to track and monitor students while on our buses.

After consulting with our team that has been organizing bus riders, we have come up with the following steps to try as our first support. We know this is a new routine and ask your patience and intentionality as we move forward.

Starting 10/19/21:

  1. Riders will be asked to have their card and scan it every time they plan to ride the bus.
  2. Students who misplace their card will need to notify transportation. (There will be a $20.00 lost card fee.  Payment will have to be received by transportation or the school before a new card is issued.)

Let’s all help keep cards safe and ready!
